Montserrat Tickets: Which One to Buy and What’s Included

Montserrat tickets, explained on one page: what each ticket includes, what it costs, and which one fits your visit. These are tickets for people who plan to go on their own, not tours.

They are divided into two groups.

This latter option does not include the train or bus from Barcelona, you’ll have to organise this part yourself.

Quick answer

Coming from Barcelona? Buy the Tot Montserrat (from €72): train, ride up, funiculars, museum, Black Madonna and lunch in one ticket, with free cancellation up to 24 hours before. Already have your way up? Buy the Monastery Ticket with the Boys’ Choir (from €25): basilica, Black Madonna, museum, audiovisual space and the choir’s 1:00 p.m. performance, also with free cancellation. If you are arriving at the cable car station by R5 train or by car, add the cable car ascent and descent (from €15). The Boys’ Choir never sings on Saturdays and does not sing every day, so check the choir guide before booking. On some days the Schola Cantorum sings instead, and it is a different choir.
